| The vision and burden for establishing Medicare Resources Ltd. began with visits, by several Christians, to the Zhongnan Seminary, clinics and hospitals in Wuhan and rural medical facilities all located in Hubei Province. Following visits to rural medical facilities and discussions with the provincial health department we were encouraged to establish our first clinic in cooperation with the Zhong Nam Seminary. To carry out this work, Medicare Resources Ltd. was established, as a Charitable Foundation registered in Hong Kong, in 1997. We were led to cooperate with the seminary in establishing our first Loving Heart Clinic in Wuhan. On September 16, 1996 an agreement was signed with the two Christian Councils and the Religious Affairs Bureau of Hubei Province approving such a clinic. |
